DHR Health has filed an application with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for expansion as a physician-owned hospital qualifying as a high Medicaid facility pursuant to 42 C.F.R. § 411.362(c)(3). This notice is provided pursuant to 42 C.F.R. § 411.362(c)(5).
